Mary and I looked at probably every house in Arden, Fletcher, Asheville, and Weaverville in the $350,000-$500,000 price range that came on October - March. That was no small feat on her part. And she did it all with a smile on her face and never a feeling like we were annoying her. She listened to our wants and needs, helped us settle down the areas were were interested in, tried to get us into properties that were not on the MLS yet, and worked hard on staying in touch with the For Sale By Owner home we ultimately ended up buying.
