I received my real estate license in 1988. I came back to the family farm one weekend to visit my grandmother and she asked me to help her around the farm. I sold everything I had in Georgia. And move back to North Carolina. I started working for Fairfield mountains which is now called Rumbling Bald Resort in 1990. I have worked around the resort and in Western NC ever since. I took a few years off to fight Cancer. But I'm back. Cancer didn't win. Over the years I have helped thousands of clients find their dream with both large and small transactions. I was born in Raleigh North Carolina. I soon moved to Florida,California and back to Florida before first grade. Then we moved back to North Carolina then Georgia and back to North Carolina before the nineth grade where I spent every summer of my life, on the family farm. Just minutes from Lake Lure NC. After high school I join the United States Air Force I thought I traveled in school. I went to Texas, Illinois, Philippines, Hawaii, Japan and California all in 4 years. After the Air Force I came back to Western North Carolina to the Lake Lure area but there weren't any jet engines around so I went back to school to work on computers but my eyeglass prescription changed so many times the doctor said try something else. That's when I went back to school and got a real estate license. And I've been working in the Western North Carolina, Lake Lure area ever since. I also spend as much time as I can fishing in the local streams and lakes. Many of my clients get the extra bonus of going fishing with me.

Why aren’t all buyers able to buy?
In markets with less than six months of inventory, competition between buyers can be intense. To elevate their standing with a seller, buyers will often provide a pre-qualification letter. In a pre-qualification, lenders don't verify the information provided by a buyer. Pre-approval, on the other hand, involves third-party verification. After an offer, I verify that a prospective buyer is pre-approved for the contract amount and that closing in the expected time period—usually 30 to 45 days—won’t be an issue.
