I chose the downtown office just because it was just a few blocks from the hotel I was staying at. I walked in the lobby and Mike Lizzul was sitting at the desk. He promptly greeted me and offered to help. He was willing to work with my urgent time-table and I feel like we kind-of clicked. We ended up buying the first of the properties he showed us. It was a rough process with a fairly non-compliant listing agent, a difficult seller and a demanding buyer (me), but Mike helped it move along with constant communication and tenacious attention to detail. By the time we got to closing, I had learned to quit worrying about anything falling through the cracks, because I knew that Mike had my back.
