About MePronouns: She / Her / Hers
The beauty of these mountains has a magnetic attraction, and I easily chose to live here as a young entrepreneur over 20 years ago. My experience as a business owner of six fitness facilities has afforded me skills in negotiations, handling details with "lots of plates in the air" and confidence in finding creative solutions, always with my clients best interest in mind.
Over the years, my dedication has been reflected in the awards I have received as the Gold's Gym International General Manager of the Year, Optimist of the Year from the Asheville Optimist Club and the Stephen’s Minister Leadership Award. Being a Broker in Western North Carolina was a natural next step in providing expertise in an area I have such a passion for.
I have that same commitment to my family. We are all artists or musicians, and we love the art and music that is such a vibrant part of Asheville and its sister cities' culture. I dabble in oil painting, while my daughter, Gabriela, plays and sings, and my son, Tucker, loves all the brass. My daughter, Aixa, met her husband while they both attended UNC Greensboro to study music. She also works in Marketing at Beverly Hanks and can attest to the immense variety of marketing venues we use when listing your home. We all love to travel and explore the sights of our communities like tourists! My parents retired here, and my brother owns and operates the successful Asheville Pizza Company, a local favorite.
Home and health; two of your biggest assets.
“All goals and dreams are achievable through a process, steady determination, and keeping the goal in plain sight.” This is my professional attitude toward every transaction, whether buying or selling your home.
Having spent half my life in the beautiful city of Asheville, I am now at Beverly-Hanks, REALTORSⓇ as they are in alignment with a strong connection to community and the people they serve.
My clients have found me to be informed, true to my word and personable. I pride myself on being a great listener and walking with you step-by-step. What you envision is important to me, and I am dedicated to doing what it takes to guide you through to your goal.
As your Broker, your needs are my priority. Where to live, where to raise a family, where to enjoy the golden years of your life, or where to start the business of your dreams will have a lasting impact on your life.

Is there a best time of the year to buy a house?
When it comes to buying a home, there are pros and cons for each season. Generally, the best season to buy a home is in late summer or fall. There are still plenty of homes for sale, but without the intense competition found during spring. Sellers are also known for being a bit more flexible this time of the year. Zillow reports that the highest number of listings with at least one price reduction are found August–September. However, the deeper buyers venture into fall, the less choice is available. If you value choice, and you want more buyers competing for the home you are leaving, spring could be your best season. Ultimately, the best time to buy a home is when you’re financially ready to do so.
