We were visiting the souvenir store next door and wandered into Beverly-Hanks Realty and Opal took care of us right away. She understood the type of property we were interested in seeing, she ran off some copies of properties, and drove us around showing us four of them. She also gave us a tour of the area and had a wealth of knowledge. She was wonderful! If we did not walk into the company that day and met Opal we would never have found this property. Opal is simply the best. We would have loved to have her as our realtor in selling our home in Hawaii. Opal always stayed in touch either by email or text or phone. That was very important especially considering this was a long distance sale. If we had questions about anything, Opal was able to answer them all. She was also so helpful in setting up appointments with inspectors and in emailing us all results just as soon as she received them.

In 1991, a colleague of my husband, who had recently moved to Hendersonville, invited us to visit. This couple introduced us to Opal Black, an experienced Realtor who had managed property in their absence.
