Pat Bryant is a true "Son of the South." He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia until he and his family relocated to Asheville in 1996. He came to Asheville as Assistant Men's Basketball coach at UNC Asheville and has enjoyed becoming part of this great community ever since. At the University of West Georgia he earned the following: B.S. in Recreation, B.S. in Health & Physical Education, and also an M.Ed in Health & Physical Education.

Pat Bryant is used to excelling and winning. He also knows that no one is a "natural born winner". It takes aggressive hard work, dedication, and commitment for the job at hand. Many of the skills he developed in his years in athletics are the same skills that make him successful in working effectively with buyers and sellers of real estate. He uses these skills to make YOU the winner in the very serious business of buying and selling real estate whether for your personal use or for investment property.

Pat is also one of the most "visible" Realtors here in western NC as he is continually working/volunteering with a variety of organizations including Eblen Charities, Eliada Home, Black Mountain Home, Children First Communities in Schools, UNC Asheville Athletics, along with many local public school projects. He is committed to continued educational growth in his industry and has earned three professional designations; the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, RCC (Residential Construction Certified) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) designations.

Pat is committed to serving this great community. That dedication to service carries over into his work with his clients in real estate. He and his wife Debbie have two children; Caitlin, who is married and teaches Math at Nesbitt Discovery Academy in the Buncombe County School system, following her graduation from UNC Asheville in 2012; and Hunter, who is married and is the Head Baseball Coach at Mars Hill University, a 2015 graduate of UNC Asheville and a 4 year starter on the Bulldog baseball team; earning his degree in Business Management. His wife Debbie works for Buncombe County Schools in the Central Office as the District's Healthful Living Coordinator. Their daughter Caitlin and husband Zach just gave Pat and Debbie their first grand daughter on August 14th, 2019 and they are definitely smitten with Aidalee! And on June 26, 2021 their son Hunter married Lyndsay in a beautiful ceremony in Granite Falls, NC. Together Pat & Debbie work tirelessly volunteering their time to the schools and many other service clubs of which they are members. They are "in tune" with this great community and Pat believes that the customer service mantra is his greatest asset in helping you buy or sell real estate in western North Carolina.

Pat is named "Coach of the Year" EVERY year by his real estate clients!

Pat has been working as a Realtor and with Beverly-Hanks & Associates since 2005. Pat has helped numerous clients in that time with their real estate needs. Pat has achieved several professional designations: the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors, the CNHS designation (Certified New Home Specialist), and the RCC designation (Residential Construction Certified). Pat brings with him a variety and wealth of professional experiences from his initial career working for 20 years in college athletics to assist all of his clients with their real estate needs.
