We really wanted to get everything done as quickly as possible since our 2nd child was due in 3 months. Steve took off running for us. His knowledge in the area combined with his knowledge of the business made this such a smooth process. Even when our first offer and attempt fell through he kept us calm and kept us moving in the right direction. In the end Steve got us a better home for a better deal in our dream neighborhood. He was always accessible to us. We have spoken to a lot of realtors between looking for homes in many states and renting. Steve is the best realtor we have ever dealt with, no exaggeration. If this was baseball he would have pitched a perfect game. He walked us through every aspect of buying the home. Was at every inspection. He even suggested Beverly-Hanks for our mortgage and they got us a better interest rate and deal! He was always honest with us and laid everything out. He answered every call/text/email we threw at him no matter how annoying we got! If my own mother was selling real estate I would still recommend Steve Mauldin, that's how good he is.
