This house was located in Cummings Cove, Hendersonville and is part of a golf community. My husband is an avid golfer and a retired country club professional as well. So this property met all of his requirements!! We fell in love with this house. we decided to increase our budget to be able to get the home of our dreams, and Scott helped us with that process. He was so helpful and willing to answer any and all of our questions. A lot of time he had to do it without us as we had to return home. He saw to all the inspections, etc. He was even able to get an entire new wood floor installed due to so many problems with the old one. We were so impressed by that. The floors came out gorgeous! We would not have known we could have tried to get those types of improvements without his help. Scott went through this house (new construction) and found several things that needed to be repaired that we didn't even realize. I know I emailed Scott and called him on numerous occasions with my never ending questions and not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him. He was always courteous and laughing with us. He totally put us at ease with the entire process. Our closing was so simple and quick. He took us back to the house for the walk through. I have still been in contact with him and even though we have closed on the house, he has been very nice about answering any questions that we come up with. While living in an apartment I began to get a feel of the area, and really find out where I would want to build/buy a home; and I determined that I would like to stay in the South Asheville area. I met William years ago when he sold a home in the townhome complex where I live. I found it helpful that he kept all the residents up to date on the homes he sold here, (2-3 before mine). I listed my home in March 2011 (for the second time), and found William easy to work with. He also worked well with my tenant who was in the townhome for a month or so just around the time it was first listed.
