How to Tour a Home if You Live out of Town in 4 Easy Steps

In today’s digital age, it’s easier than ever to research area communities and find the best real estate agent, even if you live out of town. You can search online for homes that meet your every criteria, from lot size and square footage to siding and flooring types. And with modern communication, the whole process moves much faster than the era of the fax.

At beverly-hanks.com, we make your home search easier still by providing you with extensive community information, expanded property features, and a research center—all available without ever leaving a home listing page. But we recognize that for out-of-town homebuyers, there’s still one facet of the home search process that you miss: in-person home tours.

For some buyers, it’s not enough to see select photos of the kitchen and master suite—you want to inspect every nook and cranny of a home before you commit. That’s why we provide 3D home tours for many of our listings.

How to View a 3D Home Tour

Step 1: Submit your custom home search at beverly-hanks.com/search. Specify the community and property features that mean the most to you. Once you have your criteria in place, click any of the Search buttons.

Step 2: Select a home with a 3D button. As of today, you can preview which homes have 3D tours directly from the search results. Beverly-Hanks listings eligible for 3D tours include luxury homes (more than $1 million or $750 in Haywood County) or homes selected for the WLOS Home of the Week program. Select a home with a 3D tour that interests you.

To move forward and backward, click one of the transparent circles (or tap with your finger), and “you” will move across the room.
