We are excited to announce that Beverly-Hanks & Associates and Mountain Valley Spring Water (our water vendor) are partnering as the official Water Station Sponsors for the 2011 Ramble Run to benefit the Community Foundation of WNC.
This event is right for us in so many ways, explained Neal Hanks. “The Community Foundation, is an organization dedicated to the strengthening of our region and non-profits through leadership on important issues. The run takes place in two of Biltmore Farm’s communities, Biltmore Park and The Ramble in which Beverly-Hanks has played a key role since their inception and celebrates the active lifestyle that is so indicative of Western North Carolina as a region.”
In addition to encouraging runners of all levels, Beverly-Hanks is underwriting the registration fee for three Beverly-Hanks agents who run in the event with either an active or past Beverly-Hanks client. The three pairs of tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations can be requested by emailing Stephanie Shipman at [email protected]
We are excited to also provide the volunteer support necessary for each of the five aid stations located along the course. In total, we need to provide 29 volunteers. The longest time commitment is approximately 2 hours from 8am-10am. We hope you will come out encourage the runners, help to support a great cause, and enjoy a fun community event with your Beverly-Hanks family.
Beverly-Hanks branded “wicking” running t-shirts are being provided to the Beverly-Hanks runners and all 29 volunteers. Space and shirts are limited, so please email Stephanie Shipman by Tuesday, April 5th if you are interested in participating either as a runner or a volunteer.
