Chimney Rock State Park

The nearby, 1,000-acre Chimney Rock State Park features many hiking trails and amazing 75-mile views. The whole park is pet-friendly, except one feature. Dogs are not allowed in the elevator due to NC state health laws because it opens into a food service area. The only exception is for service dogs for the blind and disabled.
