Tour Drake’s Toronto Mansion…before it’s Even Built

3D rendering of Drake's new mansion.

It’s a move-up real estate market right now, and no one is taking advantage of that more so than Drake. The rapper recently sold his Toronto-based condo for $3.75 million, and is currently in the process of building a palatial estate estimated at $35 million. If you love drooling over celebrity listings, then this five-bedroom French-style mansion is one you can’t miss.

The listing’s development summary speaks for itself:

From Drizzy Manor:

He started from the bottom now he’s here: Drake’s proposed 18th century French-style mansion is coming to Park Lane Circle in North York. Slated to be designed by Ferris Rafauli—the same architect behind the 6God’s membership-only Sher Club—his new abode will reach 17 meters in height and will be customized to Drake’s specific taste (because you don’t worry ’bout fittin’ in when you custom made).

The 21,000-square-foot mansion is a big step up from the relatively quaint Yorkville condo he sold for $3.75 million in 2013: a telling sign that Drizzy’s onto better things. The new property will be well-equipped with a 44’x94’ basketball court, 34-meter wide driveway, and spa and tub retreat. The home is the epitome of a party house, coming complete with an indoor pool, lounge, home theater, music room, and finally, a bar with separate areas for chilled wine and champagne—perfect for his twenty-four-hour champagne diet.

Some may question the need for extravagances like indoor basketball courts and bars with sections entirely dedicated to champagne. But we’re guessing Drake’s response would be “You Only Live Once”. Not that 6God needs to make excuses…

You ain’t gotta die to get to heaven. You just need an invite to Drake’s new pad.

Drake’s modest new home is currently in preconstruction, and is set to be completed in 2017. Click here to view the custom 3D rendering and floor plans.
