Minouche Holcomb sees potential where it may not be obvious.

Meet Minouche Holcomb, the agent for this week's WLOS Home of the Week.Who finds her calling after spending two days in the crawl space under her house redoing insulation? Minouche Holcomb, that’s who.

Not just during that “yucky” task, but throughout her home remodeling, Minouche experienced many “aha” moments. A service-oriented, people person at heart, she realized during that process that becoming a real estate agent would be the perfect blend of two things that come so naturally to her: working closely with people to accomplish their goals, and utilizing her experience to find and create homes for buyers or to manage the often stressful process of selling.

Minouche helps home buyers land closer to their “perfect” house by being incredibly detail-oriented and dedicated to you. It is through realizing your dreams and respecting your budgets that she becomes the agent you want to have in your corner. And above all, while this process can be scary and nerve-wracking, she strives to make it fun. Minouche listens to your needs and wants, educates you along the way, and facilitates your purchase or sale so you leave feeling informed and confident in your actions.

More about Minouche Holcomb

When Minouche discovered Asheville, she was hooked! She became instantly enamored with the combination of mountains and lush vegetation, the myriad of amazing restaurants, and incredible live music. She and her landscaper husband have lived on the east side of town since 2009. Together, they have two outdoorsy boys who are the reason she stays in shape, maintains a tan all year long, and still has a rugged Jeep as my primary family vehicle. To balance life, they volunteer as much as possible at MANNA Foodbank or Brother Wolf.

RealSatisfied-Trust-Seal“Minouche Holcomb facilitated an excellent and smooth sale of my property making it a far easier process and experience than ever expected with the property. An excellent agent, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and considerate. Strongly recommend!”
