October 18, 2017, Asheville, NC—In September 2017, Beverly-Hanks Associate Marilynn Obrig brought to the table the buyer of the largest residential real estate sale in Haywood County history. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom lodge-style luxury home was purchased for $2,120,000.
