FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Beverly-Hanks Expands Its In-house Marketing Services

The real estate firm adds positions and refocuses roles to place even more emphasis on award-winning design and efficient operations for agents and their sellers.

May 10, 2021, Asheville, NC— Today, Beverly-Hanks announced upgrades to its marketing team. Josh Baker was promoted to Creative Services Manager to provide more direction and leadership to the department’s design team, composed of three designers. Last week, the firm announced the hire of Rachel Young as the third in-house designer. Previously, Baker worked as a lead designer in the department and helped produce several designs that won international awards at last year’s Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldⓇ marketing contest.

“In less than two years, Josh’s design skills and leadership have left an indelible mark on our marketing team. I am thrilled to have him in this new role,” said Michael Phelan, Beverly-Hanks’ Chief Marketing and Technology Officer.

Josh will collaborate with the leadership and division brand managers to create a shared brand vision and lead the design team’s delivery of services.

In another step to jump the department’s bandwidth, Rachel Broadbent‘s role as Marketing Manager was expanded to include managing Beverly-Hanks’ Marketing Services Representative (MSR) program. The program affords agents the time to be exclusively focused on communicating and negotiating on behalf of their sellers while dedicating a professional marketing coordinator to assist with copywriting, directing photoshoots, and preparing property sales collateral for home sellers.

“We first launched the program in 2011 and now the MSR program serves 19 of our top agents and agent teams. I can’t wait to see how Rachel’s focus on expanding and enhancing the MSR program will drive even more value and service for our agents and sellers,” said Phelan.

In addition to directing the MSR program, Rachel will be working closely with the Director of Career Development to ensure the adoption of the firm’s marketing tools and services.

The expansion of in-house marketing services comes after years of building a team capable of delivering agency-level services. Neal Hanks, President, explains, “These strategic departmental roles and additional improvements underscore our commitment to providing exceptional marketing services to our agents and their sellers.” Today’s announcements follow on the heels of Michael Phelan’s promotion to Chief Marketing and Technology Officer earlier this month. Beverly-Hanks’ marketing department is now home to 13 marketing professionals across several disciplines.
