Western North Carolina’s real estate market leader debuts new logo and company branding for their fifth decade in business.
January 2, 2019, Asheville, NC—Beverly-Hanks, REALTORS® has officially debuted their new logo and branding style across their 15 offices in Western North Carolina. This update is designed to strengthen the real estate market leader’s corporate identity within the market and in the public’s eye.
“The way we present ourselves has always been about more than just colors and design,” said Neal Hanks, Jr., President of Beverly-Hanks. “However, as we came into our fifth decade of operation, we felt that it was time to update our brand to reflect the value our agents bring to their clients every day.”
Updates to the Beverly-Hanks brand include a new set of logos, as well as updated core visual elements, advertisements, signs, brochures/flyers, and presentations. The new brand is designed to be more modern and fresh, while retaining the classic and refined elements of the company’s 43-year history.
“It was important as we looked forward to break out of the black box in which our classic logo was confined,” said Michael Phelan, Vice President of Marketing at Beverly-Hanks. “For decades Beverly-Hanks has led our marketplace with the most professional and innovative materials, tools, and strategies. Now, our logo and all our branding will reflect that.”
Beverly-Hanks is planning several updates and launches in 2019 to ensure their position in the marketplace for years to come. Much of the transition will be gradual, but will soon address every consumer touchpoint. The consistency of Beverly-Hanks’ visual identity will resonate throughout the year’s planned updates.
