Classic Asheville Neighborhood Hosts Annual Home Tour

The inviting Grove Park neighborhood of Asheville, just northeast of downtown, is hosting its Annual Grove Park Sunset Mountain Neighborhood Tour of Homes. Beverly-Hanks & Associates is a proud sponsor of the homes on this year’s tour. The tour includes 9 excellent examples of the diverse architecture styles found throughout the neighborhood, and a final 10th stop at the historic Grove Park Inn.

Last year the Tour raised over $14,000 and was attended by 750 visitors.  Funds were used to renovate and maintain EW Grove Park, the Griffing Blvd. Rose Gardens, and Sunset Parkway. With spectacular early Fall weather expected for Sunday, you won’t want to miss this unique opportunity to tour some of Asheville’s finest homes.

In addition to the 10 properties included on the Grove Park Sunset Mountain Neighborhood Tour of Homes, you can add an additional property to your neighborhood visit. 10 Griffing Boulevard, Built in 1929, one of the true grand dames of Grove Park and a fine example of the Tudor style, is currently for sale and is being held open this Sunday, 2-4PM.
