The Beverly-Hanks Relocation Center works hard year round to make your move easy and convenient. We love what we do. And it’s especially rewarding for us when we work with American military service members, first responders, and essential workers. In addition to helping support the men and women who help make this nation safe, we’re able to give back through cash rebates for their home purchases.

Are you an active or retired service member? Don’t miss out on free cash next time you move! Here’s everything you need to know about the U.S. Military on the Move ® Program.

U.S. Military On the Move® Program

What is the U.S. Military on the MoveⓇ Program?

U.S. Military on the Move® is a free real estate rebate and information program developed by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a national broker-to-broker referral network of more than 550 member firms in 55 countries worldwide. The program allows active duty and retired military personnel or wounded warriors to earn cash back when they buy or sell a home.

As a member of LeadingRE, Beverly-Hanks is among a select group of brokerages with expertise serving the military market through the U.S. Military on the Move® program. For you, this means:

  • Quality agents and quality service from a top independent brokerage.
  • No mortgage tie-in—you choose your lender. If needed, your agent will be happy to make recommendations.
  • No dollar limit on your real estate cash rebate*.
  • Your rebate is paid at settlement.

Who is Eligible for the Program?

The U.S. Military on the Move Ⓡ program supports military personnel: active duty, retired, discharged, military family members, and/or Department of Defense civil service employees. Doctors and/or nurses, teachers, and first responders (fireman, police, EMTs) may also qualify. Reach out to your local real estate expert to determine eligibility.

How does the U.S. Military on the MoveⓇ Program Work?

When you buy or sell a home through Military on the Move®, you’ll receive a cash rebate* based on the actual sales price of the property—not a fixed amount based on a range of values. In some cases, it is richer than most other military rebate programs. Your rebate/credit is determined by the commission paid, which is negotiated between the seller and the listing agent. Therefore, the actual rebate amount will vary.

At settlement, you’ll receive your rebate.

For example, if you purchase a $360,000 home and the commission earned by the broker representing you is $10,800, you will receive a $1,800 rebate at settlement. Click here to see an exact estimate of your rebate.
