This owner-occupied community offers truly affordable quality built homes starting at $135,000. Prices this low mean that in many cases you can own a home for less than you can rent. Upon completion, we plan to offer 100% financing *(subject to qualification) through our mortgage specialist John Isgrig, one of the most experienced loan officers in the area.

High ceilings(9') are just the beginning of the thoughtful touches each condo includes. All units have open floor plans, 42" cabinets, granite counters in kitchen, and extra insulation. Stainless appliances and balconies are standard. Upgrades are available for floor treatments and other options.

Green spaces, views, and a dog-friendly area let you enjoy the outdoors and beautiful mountains surrounding the village. Visit our model unit onsite!

Being owner-occupied makes for a true community where you get to know your neighbors and build long-term relationships.

Live the life you choose

Fletcher offers the charm of a small town but is close to everything you need for comfortable living.

From modern grocery stores to local farmer's markets, big box retailers to boutiques, you'll find diverse shopping options within a five-minute drive. There are several local restaurants close by, and Hendersonville and Asheville offers everything from family friendly dining to gourmet restaurants.

Several exercise facilities, including Parisi, a new YMCA, and Lelia Patterson Center offer many different ways to stay fit. Fletcher Park is a wonderful, flat park with walking trails, ball fields, and pavilions for public use.

The WNC Agricultural Center offers events and shows year round, and Sierra Nevada Brewing Company includes a lively restaurant and tasting room in a gorgeous setting. Smileys Flea Market provides hours of browsing for antiques and unusual items.

Healthcare facilities are abundant in the area — Mission Pardee Health Campus, Park Ridge Hospital, and many rehabilitation centers are nearby. General practices, dentists, and specialists in the area make it easy to find good healthcare without traveling to Asheville.

Fletcher (population about 7,500) is positioned between Hendersonville and Asheville, with easy access to both cities via I-26, US Highway 25, and State Route 280. Asheville Airport is less than two miles away. Located in Henderson County, Fletcher's tax base is lower and there is less traffic than Asheville.

Fletcher itself is fairly level but there are beautiful mountain views everywhere. Cane Creek, the French Broad River and its tributaries are close by. The climate is moderate with four distinct seasons.

When enough correctly selected closed sales are present a linear regression can be calculated providing insight for properly pricing a property. This graph is only useful when similar properties are considered. For assistance identifying similar properties and determining if a correlation does exist, please contact your agent or customer service.

This line graph monitors the average amount of time it takes to market and close on a property. This is useful for monitoring whether a market is accelerating or decelerating. Since it is calculated from closed properties it is useful as a trailing indicator. For assistance predicting the future direction of the market based on active properties, please contact your agent or customer service.

Examining the number of homes sold per month can be an effective way to gauge the sales pace for a particular market. When sales pace is considered alongside days on market the two metrics can prove very effective for revealing future market conditions.

In neighborhoods where properties closely resemble one another, tracking price per square foot over time can provide some basic pricing insight. It’s important to only use this graph in neighborhoods with properties of similar age, condition, and size. For help determining if price per square foot is appropriate, please contact your agent or customer service for more assistance.
