Directions: From Downtown Waynesville take Pigeon St./276 , travel towards Waynesville Mtn. approximately 2.8 miles to left on Shadow Lane, turn left on the gravel drive and follow to the top of the mountain. The gravel drive will dead end at the agent sign. Park by the sign, there will be a house directly to your left where you park. Walk straight out the grassy road which will end at the home site. The grassy road that approaches the homesite is part of a written right of way across another parcel.
