Community: Robbinsville in Graham County

Great mountain getaway just far enough off the paved road to be extremely private. Screened porch at entrance and large covered porch overlooking the lower pond. Singlewide manufactured home with large addition, custom trusses and metal roof covers all with rough cut siding exterior on 16.02 acres. Huge living room with one enclosed area presently used as the Christmas room. Lovely bay window seat to relax with a good book or browse the internet. Open kitchen with large dining area adjacent and picnic table on covered porch, plenty of room for a party! Take a walk to the upper pond and stop for a little fishing, as well. Both ponds are spring fed with good drainage. Great potential to develop or just enjoy your privacy. Nice flat area at the top of the property with outstanding view is another building opportunity. Only 3 homes in the cove, with a gate at the entrance. First part of road is paved, then good gravel road the rest of the way in. ... see more property features
