Community: Rutherfordton in Rutherford County

Riverfront acreage tract with gravel road infrastructure extending from a gated entrance on paved, state maintained, Jay White Rd to the Broad River. Acquired by the seller in 1968, this 233.5 acre tract has been professionally managed and maintained by a timber consultant overseeing the select clearing throughout many years of the growth cycle. By preserving the pristine environment of the property, the historical goal was to provide the maximum potential for future utilization and development including riverfront pasture/grazing lands and potential private estate home sites to harness both the overlook of the Broad River and scenic long-range views from the property crest. This rare find is located in the Green Hill Township of Rutherford County within an easy commute of the Tryon International Equestrian Center. ... see more property features
