Additional Information

Pre-Inspected, Radon below limits, Repairs made

Few owners take such good care of their property. At 304 Wagram you will know your home was pre-inspected by one of Hendersonville's finest inspection companies (The Home Team) and all major flaws were identified and corrected. Radon was observed to be 3.7 pico Curies per liter of air and no correction was necessary.

The owners determined that new hardwood flooring was required in all three main-level bedrooms. Red Oak Natural flooring was installed in September 2016 by Leicester Carpet Sales of Hendersonville, one of the area's premier flooring companies. New tile bathroom floors were also installed at this time.

Viewshed is a word used to describe everything you can see from a vantage point. It's great until trees grow up or some industrial installation marr the designer's original intent. The viewshed from 304 Wagram is excellent all year long. The views look to the South across Flat Rock towards the ridges that form Pinnacle Mountain. This is unlikely to be spoiled in the future, although no guarantees can be made or are even implied. The vastness of the viewshed, however, and the unique hillside vantage point upon which this house is located, make it highly unlikely anything could ever disturb this picture-postcard view.

A final word

304 Wagram is a unique property in a great location with an excellent view. The house sits on a cul-de-sac rather than connecting to another subdivision. The location is convenient to attractions such as the DuPont State Forest and downtown Hendersonville is seven minutes away on a first class state-maintained road (Kanuga Rd). To all that read this we wish you success in your home search and ask you to consider the benefits and beauty of 304 Wagram. You'll be glad you did!
