Community: Robbinsville in Graham County

25+/- acres of UNRESTRICTED acreage with approx 8 acres of pasture, BOLD creek, barn, and several building sites! Pasture land is relatively flat with a large two-story barn and would be an excellent place for livestock, garden or to build a home or homes. Cross over the creek via the steel beam bridge onto the remaining acreage with several building sites to choose from. This is a great piece of land and has easy year-round access. Close to Tail of the Dragon, Fontana and Santeetlah Lakes, Cherohala Skyway, and Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest.......would be a great location to build vacation rental cabins, tiny homes, or a large family compound! ... see more property features
