Prior to joining Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services, I enjoyed 12 successful years as a lender and manager for BB&T, a super-regional commercial bank with headquarters in North Carolina. My BB&T career included stops in Winston-Salem, Whiteville, Lake Waccamaw, Leland, and Wilmington, NC, before moving to Asheville in 2002.

My childhood years were spent in the rural foothills of North Carolina, just east of the Appalachian mountains. I was taught a set of core values from an early age, and I still believe that hard work, integrity, and innovation are the building blocks of success. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S.B.A in Marketing in 1997. While at ASU, I developed a strong interest in finance and investments (and ASU football).

Clients with a multitude of needs have relied on my expertise to successfully guide them through the home finance and refinancing process. My wife and I live in Mills River, and we enjoy raising our three children, hiking, biking, and camping in this beautiful area that we call home.
