Holly Dahl

As Director of Career Development with Beverly-Hanks & Associates, Holly Dahl provides a training program for brokers who are new to our industry as well as skill development to consistently improve the skills of our real estate professionals. All agents are updated on industry changes, marketing strategies, new technologies and the ever-evolving sales tools Beverly-Hanks provides for its customers and broker associates. Since 1992, Holly has earned success in both real estate appraising and real estate sales. Holly began her business career as a computer specialist and trainer and is passionate about helping others succeed through training and coaching sessions. She enjoys mentoring new agents and is committed to helping all Beverly-Hanks agents maximize their individual talents.

Although born in the hills of Tennessee, Holly grew up in Twin Cities of Minnesota. Her educational background includes attending Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts and then the University of Minnesota where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business. After many happy years in Minnesota, Holly and her husband moved to western North Carolina for the beauty and the mild climate. Holly says that Hendersonville and Asheville are "the friendliest cities we have ever lived in. We love it here."
